Well… my first post and I can’t think of a thing to write. I’m not really sure why I began a blog but thought it might be an interesting means of recording my thoughts, although my thoughts are usually few in number and shallow in depth.
Had coffee with a friend of mine this morning to discuss some issues he has been dealing with in his mind and in his heart. In a nutshell he is miserable with life. He has discovered the truth (although he does not yet realize it) that pursuing life fulfilment in the things of this world will always end in despair. The solution is to seek life beyond this present world; not in some mystical fashion, but in the reality of God’s provision through His Son Jesus Christ.
Is that a pat answer?
